Other businesses are also possible but need a call to understand the requirements. 

(ii) CPA Firms – Those who provide CFO / Fractional CFO or Advisory services. Or CPA who are interested in extending their forward forecasting capabilities with AI. 

(iii) Accounting / Book Keeping Firms – Those who maintain accounting, this service would be an extension for data signals hapenning 30 to 90 days earlier. 

Approach

  1. The data set is very important to us in providing our clients with pricing. 
  2. Also, we need to know what questions our client might have about their dataset. We too provide our clients with questions around their data set. Typically, what a CFO or Finance Manager would need to know for a good night sleep. Our AI keeps crawling the data set and highlights if there are any issues or warnings. Watch out for good example from our demo. 
  3. Our clients decide where they want to deep dive further. 

Data Prepration

There could be two approaches.

Option 1. You provide the data set (by subject area). Based on the questions, your engineering team can provide the data we need.
(i) You provide the data to us on a Google spreadsheet or CSV file. 
(ii) For our LLM model, we need data to train.

(iii) This process repeats every month to identify any abnormality in the data as a signal. It’s like a health check for your business, mitigating it ahead of time before it goes to P&L. 

Option 2. We prepare your data set. 

Pricing

Pricing will depend on 
(i)It depends on the data set and questions (possible signals) we identify from your dataset. 

Pricing has 2 components: 

(i) Set Up and (II) Maintenance.

Set-up cost starts from $2K for one data set / subject area. Depends on complexity; this includes LLM training.
Maintenance would be from $200 onwards per month.

Delivery

We provide a URL to our client. The reports are published there. Users having access there will be able to see the reports. It will be very similar to what you see on our demo section, which will be interactive. 

Cancellation

There is no contract. Cancellation should be requested through email prior to 4 days (minimum) of month’s billing cycle.
